What Phoenix Service Tool is
Phoenix Service Tool is a desktop application for authorized phone-service technicians. It performs device-servicing Operations such as bootloader unlock, FRP removal, firmware flashing, partition read/write, device information lookup, and related tasks across multiple brands (Xiaomi, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Motorola, Transsion, HMD/Nokia, Huawei, and others).
It is designed for use by professional repair shops, IT departments, and other technical operators who are servicing Devices they own or are authorized to service.
Independence & Trademarks
Phoenix Service Tool is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any device manufacturer. Specifically:
- Xiaomi®, Redmi®, POCO®, Mi® are trademarks of Xiaomi Corporation.
- Samsung® is a trademark of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
- Vivo® is a trademark of BBK Electronics Corporation Ltd.
- Oppo®, Realme®, OnePlus® are trademarks of Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd.
- Motorola® is a trademark of Motorola Mobility / Lenovo.
- Infinix®, Tecno®, Itel® are trademarks of Transsion Holdings.

These trademarks are referenced in the Service to identify the brands of Devices it supports. No claim of ownership or affiliation is made or implied.
Limitations
We cannot guarantee that:
- Any specific Operation will work on any specific Device.
- Operations that worked yesterday will work today. Manufacturer security updates can render previously-working paths ineffective.
- The Service will be available 100% of the time. We target high availability but planned maintenance and emergency response can introduce brief downtime.
Risks
Operations performed via Phoenix Service Tool can:
- Void the Device's manufacturer warranty.
- Erase data on the Device.
- Brick the Device in rare failure cases.
- Make the Device ineligible for future official software updates.
You acknowledge these risks every time you perform an Operation. See the Terms of Service for the full liability framework.
Honest Caveats
- We are a small operation. Support response times depend on time of day and load. We try to respond within 24 hours but cannot always guarantee it.
- New device models and firmware versions are added on a best-effort basis. If your Device isn't supported, contact support and we will evaluate whether to add it.
- Credits are purchased by contacting our admin team directly (via Telegram) or through an authorized Reseller. We do not currently support automated payment gateways on the website.
