Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-05 (revised to explicitly forbid IMEI/SN/MEID/MAC modification, MDM bypass, and payment-installment / PayJoy bypass)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Phoenix Service Tool, including the desktop software, the website at phoenixservicetool.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, logging into, or using the Service in any way, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Service" — the Phoenix Service Tool desktop application, supporting web infrastructure, and all features offered through them.
- "Operation" — any action the Service performs on a connected device, including bootloader unlock, FRP removal, firmware flashing, partition read/write, device information lookup, and similar service tasks.
- "Credit" — a unit of prepaid value used to pay for Operations.
- "Reseller" — an authorized intermediary who buys Credits in bulk and resells access to end users.
- "Device" — any mobile phone, tablet, or other hardware on which an Operation is performed.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only on Devices that you legally own or for which you have explicit written authorization from the legal owner. Service-shop usage on customer Devices is permitted provided you have the customer's authorization to perform the requested Operations.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Operate on stolen, lost, or otherwise unauthorized Devices.
- Bypass anti-theft, Factory Reset Protection (FRP), or Find My Device protections on Devices that are not yours and that you do not have explicit authorization to service.
- Modify, repair, change, rewrite, or restore Device identifiers including but not limited to IMEI, Serial Number (SN), MEID, MAC address, or any other manufacturer-assigned identifier. Tampering with these identifiers is illegal in most jurisdictions.
- Bypass, remove, or unenroll Mobile Device Management (MDM) profiles on Devices owned or managed by a corporate, educational, or government entity, without explicit written authorization from the managing organization.
- Bypass or remove locks on Devices subject to an active payment-installment plan, PayJoy lock, carrier financing agreement, or similar credit-purchase enforcement mechanism. These locks exist to enforce a payment obligation; bypassing them facilitates fraud against the financing party.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service binary itself (Credits may be transferred subject to the Reseller Agreement).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service for the purpose of producing a competing product.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, account limits, or anti-abuse mechanisms.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
The Service does NOT provide identifier-modification, MDM bypass, payment-installment bypass, or PayJoy bypass functionality, and we will never add it. Any attempt to use the Service for those purposes — even unsuccessfully — is grounds for immediate account termination and Credit forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these terms.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no guarantee that any specific Operation will succeed on any specific Device. Device manufacturer updates, regional firmware variants, and security patches can render previously-working Operations ineffective without notice.
Operations such as bootloader unlock, FRP removal, and firmware flashing may permanently void the Device manufacturer's warranty. Operations such as flashing or partition writes may permanently erase data on the Device. You acknowledge these risks and proceed at your own discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Service Tool, its developers, operators, employees, agents, and Resellers shall not be liable for:
- Damage to or "bricking" of Devices.
- Loss of data on Devices.
- Loss of warranty coverage from Device manufacturers.
- Legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Service.
- Lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Credits consumed during the specific Operation giving rise to the claim.
7. Credits & Payment
- Credits are purchased by contacting our admin team directly (via Telegram) or through an authorized Reseller.
- We do not currently support automated online payment gateways. All Credit top-ups are arranged manually.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits do not expire under normal use. We reserve the right to expire Credits on accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
- Refunds for failed Operations are handled by admin review — see the Refund Policy for details.
8. Refunds
Failed Operations are not refunded automatically. You may request a refund by opening a support ticket with proper evidence (operation logs, screenshots of the tool, photo of the device). Our admin team reviews each request individually. See the Refund Policy for the full process.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You materially breach these Terms.
- We are required to do so by law or court order.
- Your account is associated with fraud or money laundering.
- Your usage pattern suggests automated, bulk, or other prohibited use.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Unused Credits in a terminated account may be forfeit if termination was due to a Terms breach; otherwise we will return the unused balance to the original purchase channel (admin or Reseller) within 30 days.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
10. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing paid features.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we will provide notice via email or an in-app prompt before the change takes effect.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, branding, and content provided through the Service are the property of Phoenix Service Tool and its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
Trademarks of third-party device manufacturers (Xiaomi, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Motorola, Transsion, HMD/Nokia, Huawei, and others) appearing in the Service or on the website are the property of their respective owners. Phoenix Service Tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any device manufacturer.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Phoenix Service Tool and its developers, operators, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to your use of the Service on Devices you do not legally own or have authorization to service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Phoenix Service Tool is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
